حَدِيثُ ذُؤَيْبٍ أَبِي قَبِيصَةَ بْنِ ذُؤَيْبٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُ
Hadith of Dhu'ayb Abu Qubaysah ibn Dhu'ayb (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith 17974
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ سِنَانِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنَّ ذُؤَيْبًا أَبَا قَبِيصَةَ حَدَّثَهُ ، أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَبْعَثُ بِالْبُدْنِ فَيَقُولُ : " إِنْ عَطِبَ مِنْهَا شَيْءٌ ، فَخَشِيتَ عَلَيْهِ ، فَانْحَرْهَا ، وَاغْمِسْ نَعْلَهَا فِي دَمِهَا ، وَاضْرِبْ صَفْحَتَهَا ، وَلَا تَأْكُلْ مِنْهَا أَنْتَ وَلَا أَحَدٌ مِنْ رُفْقَتِكَ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Zu’ib (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to send sacrificial animals and would say: If you fear that any animal may die, then slaughter it, dye its hoof with its blood, and apply it to its forehead or side, and neither you nor your companions should eat anything from it.
Hadith 17975
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ سِنَانِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنَّ ذُؤَيْبًا أَخْبَرَهُ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعَثَ مَعَهُ بِبَدَنَتَيْنِ ، " وَأَمَرَهُ إِنْ عَرَضَ لَهُمَا شَيْءٌ أَوْ عَطِبَتَا أَنْ يَنْحَرَهُمَا ، ثُمَّ يَغْمِسَ نِعَالَهُمَا فِي دِمَائِهِمَا ، ثُمَّ يَضْرِبَ بِنَعْلِ كُلِّ وَاحِدَةٍ صَفْحَتَهَا ، وَيُخْلِيَهَا لِلنَّاسِ ، وَلَا يَأْكُلَ مِنْهَا هُوَ وَلَا أَحَدٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ " . قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ : وَكَانَ يَقُولُه مُرْسَلًا يَعْنِي مَعْمَرًا ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، ثُمَّ كَتَبْتُهُ لَهُ مِنْ كِتَابِ سَعِيدٍ ، فَأَعْطَيْتُهُ . فَنَظَرَ ، فَقَرَأَهُ ، فَقَالَ : نَعَمْ ، وَلَكِنِّي أَهَابُ إِذَا لَمْ أَنْظُرْ فِي الْكِتَابِ.
