It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Abi Umairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When the soul of every Muslim, except the martyr, is taken, he wishes to return to you and to receive the blessings of the world and whatever is in it. It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Abi Umairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Being martyred in the way of Allah is more beloved to me than camels and goats.

It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Abi Umairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), mentioning Hazrat Amir Muawiyah (may Allah be pleased with him), said: O Allah! Make him a guide and one who is guided, and through him convey guidance to the people.
