Hadith 17842
It is narrated from Hazrat Busar (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) spat on his hand and placed his finger on it, then said: Allah Almighty says, "O son of Adam! How can you render Me powerless when I created you from something like this? When I made you upright and balanced, you began to walk between two sheets and your footsteps were heard on the earth. You kept gathering and withholding (wealth). When the soul reached the collarbone, you say, 'I give this in charity,' but now where is the time to give charity?" The previous hadith is also narrated through this second chain.
