حَدِیث رَجل عَنِ النَّبِیِّ صَلَّى اللَّه عَلَیهِ وَسَلَّمَ
Hadith of a man from the Prophet (peace be upon him)
Hadith 17011
حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرُّؤَاسِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْأَوْدِيِّ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الْحِمْيَرِيِّ ، قَالَ : لَقِيتُ رَجُلًا مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَحِبَهُ مِثْلَ مَا صَحِبَهُ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ ، فَمَا زَادَنِي عَلَى ثَلَاثِ كَلِمَاتٍ ، قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا يَغْتَسِلُ الرَّجُلُ مِنْ فَضْلِ امْرَأَتِهِ ، وَلَا تَغْتَسِلُ بِفَضْلِهِ ، وَلَا يَبُولُ فِي مُغْتَسَلِهِ ، وَلَا يَمْتَشِطُ فِي كُلِّ يَوْمٍ " .
Humaid Himyari (may Allah have mercy on him) says: Once I met a companion of the Prophet (peace be upon him) who had accompanied the Prophet (peace be upon him) for four years, just like Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him). He did not say more than three things to me: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "A man can perform ghusl (ritual bath) with water left over by a woman, but a woman should not perform ghusl with water left over by a man. Do not urinate in the bathhouse, and do not comb (beautify) yourself every day."
Hadith 17012
حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، وَعَفَّانُ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْأَوْدِيِّ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْحِمْيَرِيِّ ، قَالَ : لَقِيتُ رَجُلًا قَدْ صَحِبَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَرْبَعَ سِنِينَ ، كَمَا صَحِبَهُ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ أَرْبَعَ سِنِينَ ، قَالَ : " نَهَانَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَمْتَشِطَ أَحَدُنَا كُلَّ يَوْمٍ ، وَأَنْ يَبُولَ فِي مُغْتَسَلِهِ ، وَأَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ الْمَرْأَةُ بِفَضْلِ الرَّجُلِ ، وَأَنْ يَغْتَسِلَ الرَّجُلُ بِفَضْلِ الْمَرْأَةِ ، وَلْيَغْتَرِفُوا جَمِيعًا " .
