Hadith 17002
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا حَرِيزٌ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ ابْنَ غَابِرٍ الْأَلْهَانِيَّ ، قَالَ : دَخَلَ الْمَسْجِدَ حَابِسُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ الطَّائِيُّ مِنَ السَّحَرِ وَقَدْ أَدْرَكَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَرَأَى النَّاسَ يُصَلُّونَ فِي مُقَدَّمِ الْمَسْجِدِ ، فَقَالَ : مُرَاءونَ وَرَبِّ الْكَعْبَةِ ، أَرْعِبُوهُمْ ، فَمَنْ أَرْعَبَهُمْ فَقَدْ أَطَاعَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ ، قَالَ : فَأَتَاهُمْ النَّاسُ ، فَأَخْرَجُوهُمْ ، قَالَ : فَقَالَ : " إِنَّ الْمَلَائِكَةَ تُصَلِّي مِنَ السَّحَرِ فِي مُقَدَّمِ الْمَسْجِدِ " .
Abdullah bin Aamir, may Allah have mercy on him, says that once at the time of suhoor, Hazrat Habas bin Saad Tai, may Allah be pleased with him, entered the mosque. "He had met the Prophet (peace be upon him)." He saw that some people were praying in the front part of the mosque. He said, "By the Lord of the Ka'bah! All of these are show-offs. Drive them out. Whoever drives them out will have obeyed Allah and His Messenger." So the people came and drove them out. Then he said, "At the time of suhoor, the angels pray in the front part of the mosque."
