Hadith 9993

حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، قََالَ : حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ , وَعَمَّارِ بْنِ أَبِي عَمَّارٍ , عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " لَيَخْرُجَنَّ مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ رِجَالٌ رَغْبَةً عَنْهَا ، وَالْمَدِينَةُ خَيْرٌ لَهُمْ لَوْ كَانُوا يَعْلَمُونَ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Some people will leave Madinah with reluctance, although if they knew, Madinah would have been better for them.
