Hadith 9751

حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ بْنُ صَمْعَةَ ، عَنْ زُبَيْبَةِ ، ابْنَةِ النُّعْمَانِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَة ، قَالَ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ الْأَوْعِيَةِ ، إِلَّا وِعَاءً يُوكَأُ رَأْسُهُ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the use of utensils except for those utensils whose mouths are tied with thread or the like.
