حَدَّثَنَا
يَحْيَى ، عَنْ
مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا
أَبُو سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ
أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ :
" لَا يُورِدُ الْمُمْرِضُ عَلَى الْمُصِحِّ " . وَقَالَ : وَقَالَ :
" لَا عَدْوَى وَلَا طِيَرَةَ وَلَا هَامَةَ ، فَمَنْ أَعْدَى الْأَوَّلَ ؟ ! " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Do not bring sick animals near healthy animals. He also said: There is no reality in disease being contagious, bad omens, or the owl being unlucky. Otherwise, who afflicted the first person with this disease?
