Hadith 9582

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ اقْتَطَعَ شِبْرًا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهِ ، طُوِّقَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِلَى سَبْعِ أَرَضِينَ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever unjustly seizes a piece of land belonging to someone else, on the Day of Resurrection, a collar made from that piece, from seven earths, will be placed around his neck.
