Hadith 9557

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ . وَابْنُ جَعْفَرٍ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " أَحْفِهِمَا جَمِيعًا ، أَوْ انْعَلْهُمَا جَمِيعًا ، فَإِذَا انْتَعَلْتَ فَابْدَأْ بِالْيُمْنَى ، وَإِذَا خَلَعْتَ فَابْدَأْ بِالْيُسْرَى " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Wear both shoes or take off both. When any one of you puts on shoes, he should start with the right foot, and when he takes them off, he should take off the left foot first.
