Hadith 9499

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا الْجُرَيْرِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُصْعَبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَنَحَا بِيَدِهِ نَحْوَ الْيَمَنِ : " الْإِيمَانُ يَمَانٍ ، الْإِيمَانُ يَمَانٍ ، الْإِيمَانُ يَمَانٍ ، رَأْسُ الْكُفْرِ الْمَشْرِقُ ، وَالْكِبْرُ ، وَالْفَخْرُ فِي الْفَدَّادِينَ : أَصْحَابِ الْوَبَرِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) pointed with his blessed hand towards Yemen and said three times: "The faith of the people of Yemen is very excellent. The center of disbelief is towards the east, and pride and arrogance are found among the owners of camels."
