Hadith 9496

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ ، عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " أَيَعْجِزُ أَحَدُكُمْ إِذَا صَلَّى أَنْ يَتَقَدَّمَ ، أَوْ يَتَأَخَّرَ ، أَوْ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ ، أَوْ عَنْ شِمَالِهِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Is there not anyone among you who can move a little forward, backward, to the right, or to the left while praying (so that those passing by are not troubled)?
