حَدَّثَنَا
قُتَيْبَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا
عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ ، عَنْ
ثَوْرٍ ، عَنْ
أَبِي الْغَيْثِ ، عَنْ
أَبِي هُرَيْرَة ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ :
" مَنْ أَخَذَ أَمْوَالَ النَّاسِ يُرِيدُ أَدَاءَهَا ، أَدَّى اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، وَمَنْ أَخَذَهَا يُرِيدُ يَعْنِي تَلَفَهَا ، أَتْلَفَهُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever takes people's wealth (as a loan) with the intention of repaying it, Allah will have it repaid on his behalf; and whoever takes it with the intention of wasting it, Allah will have it wasted for him.
