وَقَالَ : " مَنْ ابْتَاعَ شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ فِيهَا بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ ، فَإِنْ شَاءَ أَمْسَكَهَا ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ رَدَّهَا ، وَرَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ " .
And he said: Whoever buys a goat whose udder has been tied, then he has the option for three days either to keep the animal with him (and settle the matter) or to return the animal to the owner and give along with it one sa’ of dates.
