حَدَّثَنَا
مُعَاوِيَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا
أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ
سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ
أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ
أَبِي هُرَيْرَة ، َقَالَ : قال رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :
" مَا مِنْكُمْ مِنْ أَحَدٍ يُجْرَحُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ، وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَنْ يُجْرَحُ فِي سَبِيلِهِ ، إِلَّا لَقِيَ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ كَهَيْئَتِهِ يَوْمَ جُرِحَ ، لَوْنُهُ لَوْنُ دَمٍ وَرِيحُهُ رِيحُ مِسْكٍ " .
And the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Whoever receives a wound in the path of Allah—and Allah knows who was wounded in His path—he will come on the Day of Resurrection with his wound fresh, just as it was on the day it was inflicted. Its color will be like the color of blood, but its fragrance will be like the fragrance of musk.
