حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ، وَحُسَيْنٌ , قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بنُ عَيَّاشٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي حَصِينٍ . ح وَيَحْيَى بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَصِينٍ ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَة ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم : " لَا تَحِلُّ الصَّدَقَةُ لَغَنِيٍّ ، وَلَا لِذِي مِرَّةٍ سَوِيٍّ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: It is not lawful for a wealthy person or a strong, healthy man to take zakat money.
