Hadith 9044

حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُهَيْلٌ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " مَنْ أَخَذَ شِبْرًا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهِ ، طُوِّقَهُ مِنْ سَبْعِ أَرَضِينَ " .
It is narrated with the same chain of transmission that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Whoever seizes someone’s land unjustly, on the Day of Resurrection a collar made from a piece of it from the seven earths will be placed around his neck.
