Hadith 8988

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: (The permission of a virgin, mature girl should be sought regarding her marriage.) If she remains silent, then this will be considered as her permission, and if she refuses, then there is no justification for forcing her.
