Hadith 8826

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيٌّ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا وَرْقَاءُ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، عَنْ الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ ، لَأَسْلَمُ وَغِفَارٌ وَجُهَيْنَةُ ، وَمَنْ كَانَ مِنْ مُزَيْنَةَ أَوْ مُزَيْنَةُ وَمَنْ كَانَ مِنْ جُهَيْنَةَ ، خَيْرٌ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مِنْ أَسَدٍ وطَيِّئٍ وَغَطَفَانَ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: By Him in Whose hand is my soul, on the Day of Resurrection, the tribe of Aslam, Ghifar, and a portion of Muzaina and Juhaina will be better in the sight of Allah than Banu Asad, Banu Tai, and Banu Ghatafan.
