حَدَّثَنَا
خَلَفٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا
الْمُبَارَكُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا
الْحَسَنُ ، عَنْ
أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : وَأُرَاهُ ذَكَرَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ :
" لَيَنْتَهِيَنَّ أَقْوَامٌ يَرْفَعُونَ أَبْصَارَهُمْ فِي الصَّلَاةِ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ ، أَوْ لَيَخْطِفَنَّ اللَّهُ أَبْصَارَهُمْ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: People should refrain from raising their eyes towards the sky during prayer, otherwise their eyesight will be taken away.
