حَدَّثَنَا الْخُزَاعِيُّ أَبُو سَلَمَةَ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَخْنَسِيِّ ، عَنِ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ جُعِلَ قَاضِيًا بَيْنَ النَّاسِ ، فَقَدْ ذُبِحَ بِغَيْرِ سِكِّينٍ " ، حَدَّثَنَاه بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ الْخُزَاعِيَّ ، قَالَ : أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ ، وَالْمَقْبُرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever is made a judge among the people, it is as if he has been slaughtered without a knife. The previous hadith is also narrated through this second chain of transmission.
