Hadith 8762

حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ ثَوْبَانَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " يَتَوَضَّأُ مَرَّتَيْنِ مَرَّتَيْنِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that I saw the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) once performing ablution and washing each limb of ablution only twice.
