Hadith 8582

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ ، عَنْ عِسْلٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " نَهَى عَنِ السَّدْلِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade letting the garment hang in prayer in such a way that it is not in its proper form and there is nothing preventing it.
