حَدَّثَنَا
أَبُو النَّضْرِ ، حَدَّثَنَا
الْمُبَارَكُ ، عَنِ
الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ
أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : وَأُرَاهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , قَالَ :
" لَيَنْتَهِيَنَّ أَقْوَامٌ يَرْفَعُونَ أَبْصَارَهُمْ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ فِي الصَّلَاةِ ، أَوْ لَتُخْطَفَنَّ أَبْصَارُهُمْ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: People should refrain from raising their eyes towards the sky during prayer, otherwise their eyesight will be taken away.
