Hadith 8347

حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ ظَالِمٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ، يُحَدِّثُ مَرْوَانَ بْنَ الْحَكَمِ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ الصَّادِقَ الْمَصْدُوقَ ، يَقُولُ : " هَلَاكُ أُمَّتِي عَلَى رُءُوسِ غِلْمَةٍ أُمَرَاءَ سُفَهَاءَ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ " .
Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) once narrated a hadith to Marwan bin Hakam, saying: I heard this hadith from Abul Qasim, who was truthful and confirmed (peace and blessings be upon him), that the destruction of my Ummah will be at the hands of a few foolish youths of the Quraysh.
