Hadith 8237
اُردوEn
وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا يَقُلْ أَحَدُكُمْ : اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي إِنْ شِئْتَ ، وَارْحَمْنِي إِنْ شِئْتَ ، وَارْزُقْنِي ، لِيَعْزِمْ الْمَسْأَلَةَ ، إِنَّهُ يَفْعَلُ مَا شَاءَ لَا مُكْرِهَ لَهُ " .
And the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When any one of you supplicates, he should not say: O Allah, if You will, forgive me; have mercy on me; or provide for me. Rather, he should supplicate with determination and certainty, for there is no one who can compel Allah.
