Hadith 8236
اُردوEn
وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَنَا أَوْلَى النَّاسِ بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ ، فَأَيُّكُمْ مَا تَرَكَ دَيْنًا أَوْ ضَيْعَةً فَادْعُونِي ، فَأَنَا وَلِيُّهُ ، وَأَيُّكُمْ مَا تَرَكَ مَالًا فَلْيَرِثْ مَالَهُ عُصْبَتُهُ مَنْ كَانَ " .
And the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: I have more right over all Muslims than their own selves according to the Book of Allah. Therefore, whoever among you leaves behind a debt or children, their payment is my responsibility, and whoever leaves behind wealth, it is for his heirs, whoever they may be.
