Hadith 8209
اُردوEn
وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِذَا أُكْرِهَ الِاثْنَانِ عَلَى الْيَمِينِ ، وَاسْتَحَبَّاهَا ، فَلْيَسْتَهِمَا عَلَيْهَا " .
And the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When two men are compelled to take an oath and both wish to swear, then lots should be drawn.
