مسنَد اَبِی هرَیرَةَ رَضِیَ اللَّه عَنهMusnad of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith 8208
اُردوEn
وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " وَاللَّهِ لَأَنْ يَلَجَّ أَحَدُكُمْ بِيَمِينِهِ فِي أَهْلِهِ ، آثَمُ لَهُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ مِنْ أَنْ يُعْطِيَ كَفَّارَتَهُ الَّتِي فَرَضَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ " .
And the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When any one of you insists on his oath regarding his family (even though he is wrong), then this is a greater sin in the sight of Allah than the expiation which has been enjoined upon him.
