مسنَد اَبِی هرَیرَةَ رَضِیَ اللَّه عَنهMusnad of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith 8196

وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِذَا جَاءَكُمْ الصَّانِعُ بِطَعَامِكُمْ قَدْ أَغْنَى عَنْكُمْ عَنَاءَ حَرِّهِ وَدُخَانِهِ ، فَادْعُوهُ فَلْيَأْكُلْ مَعَكُمْ ، وَإِلَّا فَلَقِّمُوهُ فِي يَدِهِ " .
And the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When a servant among you bears the heat, cold, and hardship in preparing food for you, then he should make him sit with him and eat together. If he cannot do so, then he should take a morsel and place it in his hand.
