Hadith 7920

حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ ، أَخْبَرَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، عَنْ فَرْقَدٍ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " أَكْذَبُ النَّاسِ ، أَوْ مِنْ أَكْذَبِ النَّاسِ الصَّوَّاغُونَ وَالصَّبَّاغُونَ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The greatest liars are dyers and goldsmiths.
