Hadith 7685

حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : إِذَا سَمِعْتُمْ رَجُلًا يَقُولُ : قَدْ هَلَكَ النَّاسُ ، فَهُوَ أَهْلَكُهُمْ ، يَقُولُ اللَّهُ : " إِنَّهُ هُوَ هَالِكٌ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When you hear a man saying that the people are ruined, then know that he is the most ruined among them.
