Hadith 7664

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " مَا أَدْرَكْتُمْ فَصَلُّوا ، وَمَا فَاتَكُمْ فَاقْضُوا " . قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ : وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ سُجُودًا .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whatever part of the prayer you catch, perform it, and whatever remains, complete it.
