It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Every night, when one third of the night remains, our Lord descends to the lowest heaven and proclaims: Who is there who supplicates to Me so that I may accept his supplication? Who is there who seeks forgiveness from Me so that I may forgive him? Who is there who asks from Me so that I may grant him?
