Hadith 7579

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: In earlier times there was a man who used to lend money to people, and he would say to his young men that when you go to collect a debt from someone in difficulty, then show leniency to him, perhaps Allah will show leniency to you as well. So (after his death) when he met Allah, Allah showed leniency to him (forgave him).
