(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ، وَيَزِيدُ ، قَالَا : أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " فُجِّرَتْ أَرْبَعَةُ أَنْهَارٍ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ : الْفُرَاتُ ، وَالنِّيلُ ، وَسَيْحَانُ ، وَجَيْحَانُ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Four rivers of Paradise flow in the world: the Euphrates, the Nile, the Jihun, and the Sihun.
