(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ ، عَنْ عَوْفٍ ، عَنْ خِلَاسِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، وَمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ اشْتَرَى لِقْحَةً مُصَرَّاةً ، أَوْ شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً ، فَحَلَبَهَا ، فَهُوَ بِأَحَدِ النَّظَرَيْنِ : بِالْخِيَارِ إِلَى أَنْ يَحُوزَهَا ، أَوْ يَرُدَّهَا وَإِنَاءً مِنْ طَعَامٍ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Whoever buys a she-camel or a goat whose teats have been tied (to deceive the buyer), then he has the choice of two options, whichever is better for him: either he keeps the animal with himself (and settles the matter), or he returns the animal to the owner and gives a vessel of wheat along with it.
