(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مَعِينٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ أَقَالَ عَثْرَةً ، أَقَالَهُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever forgives a slip of someone, Allah Almighty will forgive him on the Day of Judgment.
