(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا
سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ
أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، عَنْ
الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ
أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلًا اطَّلَعَ " ، وَقَالَ مَرَّةً : " لَوْ أَنَّ امْرَأً اطَّلَعَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِكَ ، فَحَذَفْتَهُ بِحَصَاةٍ ، فَفَقَأْتَ عَيْنَهُ مَا كَانَ عَلَيْكَ جُنَاحٌ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If a person looks into your house without your permission and you throw a pebble at him which causes his eye to be blinded, there is no sin upon you.
