(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا
سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ
أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، عَنِ
الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ
أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " النَّاسُ تَبَعٌ لِقُرَيْشٍ فِي هَذَا الشَّأْنِ ، مُسْلِمُهُمْ تَبَعٌ لِمُسْلِمِهِمْ ، وَكَافِرُهُمْ تَبَعٌ لِكَافِرِهِمْ " .
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) in a marfu’ form that in matters of this religion, all people are subordinate to the Quraysh; the common Muslims are subordinate to the Qurayshi Muslims, and the common disbelievers are subordinate to the Qurayshi disbelievers.
