(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا
سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ
الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ
سَعِيدٍ ،
وأبى سَلَمَة ، عَنْ
أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " الْعَجْمَاءُ جَرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ ، وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ ، وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ ، وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The wound caused by an animal is without liability, the blood of one who dies by falling into a well is without liability, the blood of one who dies in a mine is also without liability, and for the buried treasure that someone finds, one-fifth (khums) is obligatory.
