Hadith 7239

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: There is no prophet or ruler who does not have two types of advisors—one group commands him to do good, and the other group (in playing its role in his misfortune) leaves no stone unturned. Whoever is saved from the evil of both is protected, and whoever is dominated by one group will be counted among them.
