(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " رَخَّصَ فِي الْعَرَايَا أَنْ تُبَاعَ بِخَرْصِهَا ، فِي خَمْسَةِ أَوْسُقٍ ، أَوْ مَا فِي دُونِ خَمْسَةٍ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) permitted the sale of 'Araya, that is, the sale by estimation of five wasqs or more.
