(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ : أَنَّ امْرَأَتَيْنِ مِنْ بَنِي هُذَيْلٍ رَمَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا الْأُخْرَى ، فَأَلْقَتْ جَنِينًا ، " فَقَضَى فِيهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِغُرَّةٍ عَبْدٍ ، أَوْ أَمَةٍ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that there was a dispute between two women of Banu Huzail. One of them struck the other, who was pregnant, with a stone, and the child in her womb was born dead. The Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, gave the verdict of one "ghurra" (i.e., a male or female slave) in this matter.
