(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لَا تَقَدَّمُوا بَيْنَ يَدَيْ رَمَضَانَ بِيَوْمٍ ، وَلَا يَوْمَيْنِ ، إِلَّا رَجُلًا كَانَ يَصُومُ صَوْمًا ، فَلْيَصُمْهُ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Do not fast one or two days before Ramadan, except for the person who has a habit of fasting, then he may fast.
