(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، أَخْبَرَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ ضَمْضَمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : " أَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِقَتْلِ الْأَسْوَدَيْنِ فِي الصَّلَاةِ " . فَقُلْتُ لِيَحْيَى : مَا يَعْنِي بِالْأَسْوَدَيْنِ ؟ قَالَ : " الْحَيَّةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had given the command that even during prayer, the two black things can be killed. The narrator asked his teacher Yahya about the two black things, so he explained that they are the snake and the scorpion.
