(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا صَفْوَانُ بْنُ عِيسَى ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ جُعِلَ قَاضِيًا بَيْنَ النَّاسِ ، فَقَدْ ذُبِحَ بِغَيْرِ سِكِّينٍ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever is made a judge among the people, it is as if he has been slaughtered without a knife.
