(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيز ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم : " مَنْ وَجَدَ عَيْنَ مَالِهِ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ قَدْ أَفْلَسَ ، فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ مِمَّنْ سِوَاهُ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If a man is declared bankrupt and someone finds his own property with him in its original form, then he has a greater right to that property than others."
