Hadith 7097

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، قَالَ : جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، الرَّجُلُ يَغِيبُ لَا يَقْدِرُ عَلَى الْمَاءِ أَيُجَامِعُ أَهْلَهُ ، قَالَ : " نَعَمْ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said, "O Messenger of Allah! A man is absent and he does not have the ability to use water; can he have intercourse with his wife?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Yes!"
