Hadith 7094

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَدْخُلُ الْحَائِطَ ؟ قَالَ : " يَأْكُلُ غَيْرَ مُتَّخِذٍ خُبْنَةً " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man asked, "O Messenger of Allah! If a person enters a garden and steals fruit by breaking off clusters, what is the ruling?" The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whatever fruit he has eaten and has not kept hidden, nothing will be obligatory upon him for that."
